Non-Salford residents

You can have a customer account even if you don't live in Salford, you will still be able to access some of our online services.

How to close your customer account

Please login to your Salford customer account and go to ‘Amend Details’ and choose the ‘Close my online customer account’ option.

If you have signed up to receive ebills this will not be affected, you will continue to receive your bill via email.

If you would like to close your council tax account or create a new account because you are moving to a new address in Salford you will need to complete the appropriate form on our I am moving page.
